Return Policy

Leather and Kink strongly recommends that all merchandise be inspected at time of delivery. If there is visible damage, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service as soon as possible. Further, we also strongly recommend that all customers fully inspect merchandise within 24 hours of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us via
e-mail as soon as possible. Any items returned without Leather and Kink's prior notification will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (including shipping). The fee will be deducted from the credit.

The original purchaser has a period of 14 days from date of delivery to return any purchase for a refund (minus 15% restocking fee), less shipping and handling, provided the merchandise is in new, unworn condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. Not all items are returnable, check in the page description or the item description, non-returnable items will be noted. No worn merchandise will be accepted. Unless the merchandise is shipped in error, customer is responsible for outgoing freight as well as return freight. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the credit, which the customer is entitled to upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Acceptance of merchandise is final only after inspection.

Any item returned for exchange for a different size will not be subject to any additional charges unless there is a price differential on size change.

Any item returned for credit will be subject to a 15% (including shipping) restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from the credit.
